Thanks to your company, we are able to offer a high-quality monthly publication to the residents of neighborhood. As you may remember, prior to Peel, Inc. publishing our newsletter, HPWBANA could only afford to send quarterly newsletters. Our membership has increased substantially due to the frequency of newsletters reaching our potential members. Since we partnered with Peel in 2005, you have never once let us down; and when we had difficulties with the post office, you went out of your way to investigate and help solve the problem. I hope that this mutually beneficial relationship continues long into the future.

Just a quick note to tell you how much i appreciate and rely on the services of Peel, Inc. Prior to working with your company, our neighborhood struggled to get out a couple newsletters a year. Between lack of funds to mail, lack of time by volunteers to distribute and lack of interesting content we had nearly given up. Now, thanks to Peel, Inc., it is so easy and consistent! It takes me less than 30 minutes a month and all my neighbors receive a beautiful, professional, content rich newsletter. It has greatly improved the image of our Board of Directors as good communicators and given members a convenient way to share and receive the latest goings on in Brook Meadows.

For the past 2-years, Peel Inc. has published the Timarron newsletter. Staff is always helpful and ready to assist. Last year they published an Association Directory. Communication is an important tool in a Community of 1600 homes and, with Peel Inc. at the helm, our Association readership increases each month. Peel employees include sporting event schedules and other local interests in each publication. The homeowners, communication committee members, and management appreciate Peel Inc.’s assistance with our monthly publication.

Peel, Inc. has been instrumental in streamlining our newsletter production and delivery process. Prior to using Peel, Inc., our newsletter production was costly and quite a large chore. Thanks to Peel, Inc. our community over 4700 homes now receives a timely and informative newsletter each month. I would encourage any community to partner with Peel, Inc. for professional and dedicated service.

Prior to finding Peel Inc., we had quarterly (at best) newsletters that we put out ourselves, and much of the information was old by the time anyone received it. We’ve had so many residents tell us that they love and look forward to our “monthly” publications now. They not only feel more informed – they get more involved in the neighborhood. The newsletter has given us an opportunity as an HOA to ask for help on projects and to recognize those that do volunteer.

Putting out our own newsletter had become so labor intensive and costly. Now Peel finds the advertisers, sends out the publication at no cost to the neighborhood, and all we have to do is submit articles and photos once a month. We’re provided a proof and are often amazed at how professional the finished product looks! We have been working with Peel, Inc. for 2 years, and would highly recommend their services.

Thank you so much for the wonderful piece you put in the Steiner Ranch newsletter for our coat drive. I think your ad helped because we collected more than 130 Coats for Kids and had about 150 people out for cupcakes at our event last week. I thought you might like to see our pictures here.

I love how you presented the information on the Rotary Club of Lakeway/Lake Travis. I hope you will run it every month. Periodically, I will send you articles of special meetings, e.g., on May 13th we are hosting the Special Olympics Awards luncheon at the Lakeway Resort & Spa. It's a truly inspiring event when these wonderful kids get their medals. I will be taking photos and will send you several along with a write-up. Unfortunately, it won't be before the deadline for June, so perhaps you will run it in July. Thanks . . . I love this magazine!
